Have spent the past several months looking for the 'perfect' bike. The 4 hour drive to Ocala and Ride Now Power Sports was worth the time. I did not purchase the bike I originally went there to see...I found one that fit me a lot better. Throughout the experience I was never rushed into making a decision. Even after assisting me get on/off 7-10 different bikes (do to cracked ribs), the salesman, Kenn, didn't complain once. From my first phone call when I spoke with Kyle, then sales, financing and accessories, everyone was curteous, helpful and treated me with respect. I can't ask for anything more than that. I will take my business there in the future and have (will) tell friends and others to check them out.

I wanted to express my thanks to the MGMT team for the experience I had at your dealership/service dept. I own a Harley Davidson and I have always been more prone to getting all my service work done at a Harley dealer, but this time I did my homework and saw I was overpaying when I didn't need to be. I spoke with Eric in your service dept and he was very helpful, he went above and beyond what he had to. He had a great knowledge of motorcycles and explained to me in great detail what your mechanics would be doing to my bike! He was very helpful and I wanted to say thankyou for hiring staff that know what they are talking about! I can't express to you enough how irritating it is to go somewhere and deal with someone who doesn't even know the products that they deal with-Eric is top notch! I WAS LOOKING FOR A VERY NICE TRIKE TO CONTINUE MY MOTORCYCLE RIDING AS I ALWAYS HAVEDONE UP UNTIL A VEHICKLE CROSSED LANES HITTING ME HEAD ON. THIS ACCIDENT CAUSED ME TO BE PARAPLEGIC BUT HAS NOT SCARED ME AWAY FROM WANTING TO RIDE MOTORCYCLES AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING ON THE INTERNET FOR A FEW MONTHS AT MANY DEALERSHIPS THAT HAVE HONDA SILVERWING TRIKES AND SUZUKI BERGMAN TRIKES BUT WHEN I CAME ACROSS THIS EYE-CATCHING 2009 SUZUKI BERGMAN 650 TRIKE THAT LOOKED LIKE THE ONE THAT "I HAD TO HAVE" ! I SENT MY COMMENT IN TO THE RIDENOW POWERSPORTS IN OCALA, FLORIDA AND IN NO-TIME, SALESMAN TOM CONTACTED ME BACK WITH THE INFO ABOUT THIS TRIKE STILL FOR SALE AND IN GREAT CONDITION. HE WAS VERY NICE AS WE TALKED ON THE PHONE ALSO AND HELPFUL FOR ME TO GET A SATISFYING DEAL TO PURCHASE. From start to finish my experience at Ride Now Ocala was the best I've had at any dealership of any type. Everything went so smoothely that I was almost surprised when they told me to ring the bell. The next morning I was riding home on a 2006 Goldwing GL 1800. More surprising was when I received a call from the dealership owner 5 days later to ask if everything was going well and if I was happy with my purchase. Little things mean alot and these guys take their jobs seriously while at the same time, I felt welcomed and at ease throughout my experience there. I will certainly recommend this shop to anyone considering a powersports purchase.

Both Tony and Kyle were excellent. We quickly came to a purchase price agreement that was better than a competing dealership. We purchased a very nice 2003 Goldwing Trike this past Monday, 13 August. Andy Phillips was our salesperson and did a very fine job. He was personable and eager to answer all our questions. Eric, the business manager, was diligent in acquiring financing, establishing trade-in value, and was pleasant to deal with. If asked, I would recommend RideNow Powersports of Ocala very highly. They are nice folks.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Honda CBR 250R from ride now. I had not been on a motorcycle for several years and was not exactly sure of what I was looking for.Our salesman "chuck" was so helpful when explaining the difference between bikes.He was honest and straight forward.He didnt tell me things that I wanted to hear just to make me happy,he told me what I needed to know and corrected me on things that I read or heard else where that was wrong, when he could have easily let me think I knew what I was talking about just to make a sale.We were treated great by all the staff and made to feel very comfortable and the process was fast and enjoyable and more than anything I love my bike and couldn't have started out with a better choice .I intend to go back for regular maintnance and I would and will recomend anyone to go there and to also ask for chuck if you are planing to buy or if you just have questions to ask.

My son, Jacob, a University of Florida student, and I just worked with Andy to purchase a pre-owned Kawasaki 250 from RideNow. Andy was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, fair...There just aren't enough complimentary words to describe my experience. I handled what I could over the phone while my son was at the dealership. Andy was the best and even helped with a trade-in. We wanted to trade a fifth wheel for a Honda trike. Kyle did the leg work to get me a buyer before we even came to look. They gave me a fair price on my trade and sold me a very nice Goldwing Trike. Weather was bad and we had drive it home 190 miles which worried me. They made arrangements to bring it to me the same day. Doran arrived about 7:30 p.m. after fighting a severe thunderstorm. Still in no hurry he took the time to explain all the operations of the bike. I never have had a dealership go that far to make a customer happy. Thanks guys.

I bought a 11' M109R and i must say "WOW"! RideNow Had the best price on the NET for a new Monster with no miles. Kyle, Joe and "The Man Lyle" are the best in the business! And I truely mean that @%#$ from the heart. The service, parts and overall expierence was AWSOME! I drove over 700 miles to get a super deal, got it and drove back with my new toy. I would do it again if I had to, without a second thought. Wish the store was closer though, but I will send everyone I know straight to RIDENOW OCALA BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my Gsxr 1000 down to your shop. Your service department was very helpful and quick getting my bike back together. I did have an issue with your front desk relaying a message back to your service department. It only cost a couple of days and wasnt a big issue though. I had service done to my Fury this past Saturday on March 24. The service department has great people working there and they were able to work me in with no problems whatsoever. I am totally amazed on the friendliness and kindness of the employees there. And I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else besides here for service, parts, or accesories. I am 100% satisfied with their service and their pricing.

Purchaed our Can Am Spyder RT in September. Enjoyed it emmensly. We brought it in for a 600 mile inspection on December 07, 2011. Brandon Lentine did a good job scheduling the work and communicating its status. Brandon also identified recalls that needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner. Due to impending rain we took the vehicle directly home.
Saturday morning I began an inspection to get ready for a short trip on Sunday. When I moved the Spyder I found antifreeze on the floor. I called Brandon to see if anything had been done to the vehicle that would cause the leak. He attempted to talk to the technician that did the work but he was out of the building. So I decided to find the problem.
It didn't take long to find the problem. The cap on the coolant tank had not been properly tightened. I was able to turn the cap about 1/2+ turn before it seated in place. Had I been taking the Spyder on a longer trip following your inspection I could have encountered significant problems.
My point- - All technicians should be coached to recheck the work they perform.
I still like my Spyder and have trust in RideNow Motorsports.

I had to cancel and re-sked once & today I came in on the wrong date. Brandon said no problem & he fit me in. He's always ready to help. This type of service unfortunately is rare.
